Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech and communications location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access activity, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. In this customer-facing role, you will deliver strong communication and service while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and communicate clearly with staff regarding security-related concerns and/or facility rules.
• Support day-to-day operations by observing for equipment issues, unsecured entry points, and/or policy violations, then escalating findings to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
