Security Officer Patrol
As a Security Officer Patrol Analyst in Austin, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a leading financial institution, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. In this customer-focused role, you will support access activities, assist visitors and staff, and bring clear communication, teamwork, reliability, agility, innovation, and integrity to each shift.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and reporting protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Support staff and visitors with directions, information, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence throughout assigned areas.
Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
