What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate with staff and guests regarding site expectations and security-related concerns.

Complete routine logs, incident reports, and/or daily activity documentation while supporting Allied Universal standards and client location procedures.
Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
