Security Officer Patrol Operations
As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Operations in Wilmington, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, lobbies, restricted areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support site protocols for employee, guest, and vendor entry.

Assist with emergency-related situations, alarms, and/or evacuation procedures while maintaining clear communication with site contacts, employees, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

A current guard card/license is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control/badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
