Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Readiness in Bristol, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this role, you will support daily operations through clear communication, professionalism, and teamwork while bringing our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values to every shift.

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions, and assist with visitor, vendor, and/or delivery processing in accordance with site protocols.
• Support incident reporting and daily activity documentation, noting equipment issues, access concerns, and/or operational disruptions that could impact the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience or 3 years of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
