Security Officer - PM Shifts

Summary:

The Security Officer will provide outstanding guest service by protecting hotel guests, employees, and property while maintaining a safe and secure environment based on Company Standards. They are responsible for enforcing Rosen policies and regulations and ensuring the observation of applicable laws by surveying the property for potential dangers and distractions to guests' enjoyment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols.
• Enforce hotel policies and handle security issues.
• Respond to guest and employee emergencies.
• Assist with safety drills and training sessions.
• Report incidents and maintain security logs.
• Must have the ability to drive a company-assigned golf cart or other company-assigned vehicle.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Must have a Florida State driver's license in current good standing.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
