As a Security Officer Retail Site Patrol in Marina Del Rey, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor access points, observe lobby and exterior activity, and assist with visitor directions and general property information while following post orders and security-related protocols.

Support daily property operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or life-threatening hazards, and completing required logs, reports, and shift communications.
Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Applicants must be 21+ years of age.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.
-
Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
