Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a caring, people-first culture.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, verify authorized access when required, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional environment by assisting visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors with directions, basic site information, and incident reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
