What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activities, and other security-related duties across a busy logistics and distribution location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, dock doors, entry points, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or unsecured conditions.

Monitor the movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries entering and leaving the location, documenting observations and reporting policy violations, hazards, and other security-related concerns.

Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation, and communicate important updates to site leadership and the Allied Universal team during shift changes and throughout the workday.
Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
