What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and assist with visitor, patient, and staff traffic flow while following post orders and supporting a professional environment.

Document incidents, security-related concerns, and/or policy violations, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, local staff, and/or emergency responders as needed.
Minimum Requirements:

Vaccinations are required for hospital assignments.

Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
