As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Irving, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, baggage claim areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entry and exit points, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or maintenance issues according to site procedures.
• Support access control activities by verifying credentials where required, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and documenting routine activities, incidents, and/or unusual conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
