Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech and communications location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.46 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to document observations and/or escalate issues according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, help to verify authorized access, and support visitor processing in accordance with site rules and client-directed procedures.
• Communicate with site contacts, coworkers, and/or local responders as needed to support daily operations, incident response, and continuity of business activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
