SECURITY OFFICERS / DIFFERENT SHIFTS AVAILABLES

365 Security Management Group is seeking BILINGUAL (English & Spanish) Security Officers with an active Florida D and G Security License to join our team in different shifts.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe environment and are committed to excellence, professionalism, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and protection of assigned properties, personnel, and assets
• Conduct regular patrols to prevent security incidents
• Control access points and verify authorized personnel
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and security threats
• Complete clear and detailed daily activity and incident reports
• Maintain a professional presence at all times

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Florida D or G Security License (required)
• Previous security experience (preferred)
• Availability for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong communication skills
• Bilingual: Must speak and understand both English and Spanish (REQUIRED)

Shift Availables:

• Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm/ and 10pm to 6am
• Part-Time: Saturdays & Sundays, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Part Time : Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays - 8pm to 2:30am_ ( For this shift you need License G and Bulletproof vest)_
