Security Patrolling Supervisor

Job Title: Patrolling Supervisor – SIRA Certified (English Speaker)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 2,700 per month

Driving License: UAE Driving License preferred

Job Summary:

We are hiring a professional and experienced Patrolling Supervisor to oversee our security operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate must be SIRA certified, fluent in English, and capable of managing a team of guards, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with all security procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor on-site security personnel
• Conduct regular patrols and spot checks to ensure guards are alert and present
• Ensure all guards are properly uniformed and equipped
• Submit daily reports and incident logs to the Operations Manager
• Ensure full compliance with SIRA regulations and company policies
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating security staff at various locations
• Provide training, guidance, and leadership to security guards
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management

Requirements:

• Valid SIRA Certificate – Mandatory
• Fluent in English – Required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a security supervisory role in the UAE
• UAE Driving License – Preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good physical condition and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of patrol procedures, reporting, and emergency response
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 2,700
