Security & Soft Services Manager

Facilitx Facility Management & Maintenance is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Security & Soft Services Manager to join our operations team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all soft services operations including housekeeping, façade cleaning, pest control, and waste management

Manage security operations across multiple sites, ensuring safety of buildings, tenants, and assets

Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with service standards and KPIs

Monitor service quality, performance, and operational efficiency across all projects

Manage access control systems, visitor procedures, and parking operations

Handle tenant coordination, complaints, and operational requirements

Prepare reports, monitor performance, and ensure continuous service improvement

Support tendering processes, pricing evaluation, and operational planning

- Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Security Management, or related field

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Facility Management / Soft Services / Security Operations

Strong experience in managing housekeeping, security, and subcontractors across multiple sites

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and operational priorities
