Security Supervisor

1. Supervisory and Leadership Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers or guards.
• Assign shifts, patrol routes, and specific posts to ensure full coverage.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.

2. Security Operations Management

• Monitor and control access to premises to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Oversee patrols and surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms, access control).
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Ensure all security equipment is functional and properly maintained.

3. Incident Response and Reporting

• Conduct investigations into security breaches, theft, or suspicious activities.
• Prepare detailed incident and shift reports for management.
• Liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when required.

4. Policy Enforcement and Compliance

• Enforce company policies regarding safety, security, and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and update security procedures and emergency response plans.

5. Communication and Coordination

• Act as a liaison between management, employees, and external security providers.
• Conduct briefings and debriefings before and after shifts.
• Participate in safety meetings and risk assessment planning.

6. Risk Assessment and Prevention

• Identify potential security risks and recommend preventive measures.
• Review and improve security protocols regularly.
• Support disaster preparedness and business continuity plans.7

7. . Must have Security Supervisor Certificate + Attested Education certificate.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
