Safety Officer

Pemmi International Electromechanical LLC is a leading electromechanical contracting company in the UAE, delivering high-quality MEP, utility, and infrastructure projects. Safety is at the core of everything we do, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing HSE team.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Safety Officer to support our project sites in Dubai. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals who are passionate about health and safety and eager to build a career in the construction and electromechanical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing company HSE policies, procedures, and standards on site.
• Support the preparation of Task Risk Assessments and Method of Statement.
• Conduct safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and daily safety briefings for site personnel.
• Participate in regular site inspections and monitor adherence to safe work practices.
• Conduct equipment inspections and maintain accurate records of findings.
• Prepare reports and assist in maintaining comprehensive safety documentation.
• Support incident reporting and investigation processes to ensure lessons learned are implemented.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and workers to foster a proactive, safety culture.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related field.
• NEBOSH IGC (mandatory).
• Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of HSE experience (preferably in construction/MEP projects).
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in the safety profession.
• Good communication and observation skills.

Salary:

AED 2000 - 3000 (Based on experience and qualification) along with accommodation, and transport.
