Security Supervisor

Experienced Security Supervisor with a proven ability to lead security teams, manage daily security operations, and maintain a safe environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Skilled in incident response, access control, surveillance monitoring, staff training, and compliance with security procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers and guards.
• Monitor access control, surveillance systems, and security equipment.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify security risks.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.
• Prepare and maintain incident reports, shift logs, and security records.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and management when required.
• Investigate security incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in developing and implementing security plans and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or law enforcement training is an advantage.
• Previous experience in security operations and team supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of security procedures, access control, and emergency response protocols.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and using security management systems.

Pay: QAR1,850.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
