Job Description – Security Supervisor (Factory)

Position Title: Security Supervisor – Factory
Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all security operations within the factory premises.
• Manage security guards: assign duties, check attendance, and ensure discipline and proper uniform.
• Control and monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
• Verify inward and outward movement of goods/materials with supporting documents.
• Conduct security patrols to protect company assets, equipment, and property.
• Operate and monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and other surveillance equipment.
• Handle incidents such as theft, fire, accidents, or unauthorized access, and report immediately to management.
• Train and guide security staff on emergency procedures, safety, and security protocols.
• Maintain registers, gate passes, visitor logs, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with management, warehouse, and transport teams for smooth security operations.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies.

Requirements & Skills:

• Education: Minimum Matric / Intermediate.
• Experience: 3–5 years in security management, preferably in a factory/industrial environment.
• Preference: Army Retired.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Excellent observation, reporting, and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of fire-fighting, safety, and emergency response procedures.
• Physically fit, disciplined, and reliable.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel) for reporting.
