Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of security personnel on-site
• Assign posts, monitor attendance, and manage shift schedules
• Conduct regular patrols and ensure safety procedures are followed
• Respond quickly to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches
• Prepare detailed daily reports and incident documentation
• Coordinate with management and clients on security matters
• Train, coach, and evaluate team performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Monitor CCTV systems and access control operations

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends
• Valid certifications/licenses (if required by Saudi regulations)
