Job Overview:
The Service Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery of facilities services at client sites. This position oversees the delivery of soft and technical services ensuring services are completed according to company standards, client expectations, and contractual agreements. The role also involves staff supervision, scheduling, quality assurance, reporting and communication with clients to maintain high service levels and operational efficiency.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily operations for soft and maintenance services.
· Monitor staff attendance, performance, and grooming standards.
· Conduct regular site inspections and submit quality and performance reports.
· Coordinate schedules to ensure sufficient manpower and proper task allocation.
· Serve as the main contact for client communication and service feedback.
· Handle on-site issues and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
· Ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and consumables.
· Train staff on safety procedures, service techniques, and company policies.
· Report incidents, maintenance needs, and operational gaps to the Operations Manager.
· Collaborate with HR for new staff onboarding and disciplinary actions.
· Enforce company policies and health & safety standards across sites.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field.
· A valid iqama and Saudi driving license.
· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within facility or service operations.
· Strong leadership and people management skills.
· Good English and Arabic communication.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Sound understanding of cleaning standards, basic maintenance, and customer service.
· Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month
