What you'll do:

Supervise and manage a team of security guards deployed across dark store locations, ensuring full shift coverage, punctuality, and proper deployment across all sites.

Conduct regular field visits to dark stores to audit guard performance, grooming, post discipline, and adherence to assigned duties.

Monitor and enforce rider compliance with company SOPs, including uniform standards, helmet usage, parking discipline, store entry/exit protocols, and safe conduct within premises.

Ensure guards enforce building management rules and maintain positive relationships with landlords, facility teams, and neighboring tenants.

Review daily, weekly, and monthly security reports submitted by guards, consolidating key updates and trends for logistics and operations leadership.

Escalate incidents promptly to relevant stakeholders, including theft, rider misconduct, accidents, physical altercations, unauthorized access, or SOP breaches.

Investigate security incidents end-to-end, gather CCTV evidence, document findings, and recommend corrective actions or disciplinary measures.

Train, onboard, and continuously coach security guards on company SOPs, rider management protocols, emergency response, and customer/rider interaction standards.

Manage the security vendor relationship, including attendance validation, invoice verification, guard replacement requests, and performance reviews.

Maintain and track key security KPIs such as incident count, escalation response time, SOP compliance rate, and guard attendance, reporting these to the logistics leadership on a weekly basis.
What you'll need:

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience

Strong observation, analytical, and reporting skills.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond effectively in high-stress situations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
