Security Supervisor/Security IN charge- ARAB Nationals Only

Job Summary

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security operations, supervising security staff, and ensuring the safety and protection of people, property, and assets. The role involves monitoring daily activities, enforcing security procedures, and responding to incidents effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of security guards to ensure proper coverage and discipline
• Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and overall surveillance operations
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and detect any suspicious activity
• Ensure all security procedures and company policies are strictly followed
• Handle incidents, emergencies, and investigations, and prepare detailed reports
• Coordinate with management and external authorities when required
• Train and guide security staff on duties, safety practices, and emergency response
• Manage shift schedules, attendance, and duty rosters
• Inspect security equipment and ensure proper functioning
• Control access to premises and verify visitors, employees, and contractors

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems (CCTV), and access control
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good observation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and monitoring systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
