As we expand our services to incorporate modern smart building technologies, we are looking for a specialist to lead the design and implementation of integrated security systems for our clients. This is a FULL_TIME position for a professional who is passionate about technology and safety, and who can seamlessly integrate security solutions with our core HVAC offerings.

Responsibilities

* Design, install, and configure comprehensive security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
* Collaborate with our certified HVAC technicians to ensure the seamless integration of security technologies with building management and smart home automation systems.
* Conduct thorough site surveys and risk assessments to determine the security needs of our residential and commercial clients.
* Provide expert technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for all installed security hardware and software.
* Develop and maintain clear and detailed documentation, including system designs, operational manuals, and client records.
* Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our solutions are innovative and effective.
* Train clients and internal team members on the functionality and operation of security systems.

Qualifications

* Proven experience working as a Security System Engineer or in a similar technical role.
* In-depth knowledge of low-voltage security systems, network protocols, and electronic principles.
* Experience with the installation and configuration of products from leading security manufacturers.
* Familiarity with HVAC or building automation systems is highly advantageous.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
* A relevant qualification or certification in electronics, IT, or a related field is preferred.
