- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure all security equipment is functioning properly.
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of security systems.
- Diagnose faults and repair or replace defective components and devices.
- Configure IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and network security devices.
- Support integration of security systems with servers, databases, and network infrastructure.
- Respond to system alerts, incidents, and emergency service requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and system documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for system upgrades and project implementation.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Perform software updates, firmware upgrades, and system backups.
- Assist in designing and implementing security solutions based on client needs.
- Train end users on system operation and basic troubleshooting procedures.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and recommend equipment replacement when required.
- Provide remote and onsite support for multiple customer locations.
- Support LAN/WAN connectivity for IP-based security systems.
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed for connected security devices and systems.
- Participate in system commissioning, testing, and handover activities.
- Work closely with project and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
