Job Title: IAM Operations and Automation Specialist

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IAM Operations and Automation Specialist to enhance and support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IAM operations, process automation, DevSecOps practices, and cybersecurity concepts. Expertise with tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and Ping Identity is essential for this role.

This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable identity management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Streamline and optimize IAM operations to improve system efficiency and security.
• Build, maintain, and enhance automation workflows across IAM processes.
• Use IAM tools (SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity) for identity lifecycle management, privileged access management, and authentication solutions.
• Work with DevSecOps teams to integrate security best practices into CI/CD and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective IAM solutions.
• Ensure adherence to IAM and cybersecurity standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to IAM-related issues, alerts, and incidents.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen IAM and security posture.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in IAM operations , identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
• Hands-on expertise with SailPoint, CyberArk, and Ping Identity platforms.
• Experience developing and supporting IAM automation using scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Good understanding of DevSecOps practices , CI/CD pipelines, and integration workflows.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as authentication standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), least privilege, and Zero Trust principles.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering secure and scalable IAM solutions.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM, GCP IAM).
• Exposure to SIEM/SOAR tools.
Relevant certifications in IAM, cybersecurity, or DevSecOps.
