Security Workforce and Equipment Senior Manager - Sporting Event

We are seeking a highly experienced Security Workforce and Equipment Senior Manager to lead the planning, coordination, deployment, operation, and demobilization of security workforce and equipment for a large-scale football event.

The role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of security equipment and workforce operations across all planning and delivery phases, ensuring seamless execution aligned with operational timelines and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, sourcing, deployment, operation, and demobilization of all security equipment


• Oversee installation, testing, calibration, maintenance, and operational readiness of equipment


• Manage bump-in / bump-out logistics and redeployment activities


• Develop and maintain comprehensive security workforce plans across multiple service providers


• Coordinate staffing, rostering, allocations, and workforce tracking activities


• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors, suppliers, and contractors


• Ensure workforce and equipment readiness aligns with operational requirements and schedules


• Lead coordination meetings and support cross-functional operational readiness activities


• Manage workforce documentation, reporting, and issue resolution throughout the lifecycle


• Ensure effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in security workforce management and security equipment planning within major sporting  events or  football events


• Strong background in stakeholder coordination and operational planning


• Experience in logistics coordination, workforce deployment, and vendor management


• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation management skills


• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure event environments
