Position Overview

We are seeking Florida bankruptcy attorneys experienced in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters to join our professional network. Attorneys receive qualified homeowner consultations arranged by our team, allowing them to focus on case evaluation and representation.

Attorneys retain full discretion regarding:

• Case acceptance
• Legal strategy
• Fee structure
• Client engagement terms

Responsibilities

• Conduct bankruptcy consultations with homeowners
• Evaluate Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 eligibility
• Provide bankruptcy representation when retained
• Manage all filings and court proceedings independently
• Communicate consultation outcomes to our coordination team

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Admission to practice before Florida federal bankruptcy courts
• Experience with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases
• Strong client communication skills
• Ethical and transparent billing practices
