Seeking House Painter

What we offer:

Full time work

W2 position

Direct deposit into you checking account each Friday.

Four paid holidays effective immediately.

One week of PTO after first year in addition to holiday pay. Two weeks PTO after third year along with holiday pay.

Retirement option after one year of service. (We will match up to 3% into a company sponsored simple IRA)

Flexibility for family events.

Predictable work schedule Monday - Friday. (Some Saturday half days - Occasional rain days)

Overtime paid at time and one half

Candidates must be willing to show up in proper attire each day. Company shirts are provided. Our crew wears painter's whites each day with a belt. This is a sag free company.. Good footwear is required for safety. (Work boots when working outdoors, Tennis shoes/Boots when we work indoors.)

Candidates must be willing to go through background check application during the interview process.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

• Are you willing to adjust your style of painting to be able to fall into another companies standard operating procedures? (Give this some thought as this is difficult for a lot of seasoned craftsman to do. No right or wrong answer.)
• Are you competent operating paint spraying equipment? Please explain in detail.
• Are you able to work in a small team where you are not in charge?
• Are you able to be adaptable to new methods, tools etc?
• What size and type of spray tip do you like to use for interior trim work and cabinetry?

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Painting: 2 years (Required)
• RESIDENTIAL PAINTING: 3 years (Required)
