Seeking LCSW, LCPC, LMFT psychotherapist for part-time position

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) to join our team as a part-time psychotherapist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals and families by providing expert mental health support across diverse populations. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, clinical expertise, and a proactive approach to patient care, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to promote mental wellness and resilience. This position is part-time.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and patient intake procedures
• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral health techniques
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems

Requirements

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT with current certification in your state or jurisdiction
• Proven experience working with older adolescents as well as adults in clinical settings
• Strong knowledge of psychotherapy techniques including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and crisis intervention strategies
• Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical records management
• Experience working with eating disorders, trauma and couples is highly desirable
• Ability to utilize EMR systems efficiently for documentation and data collection purposes
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach toward patient care
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards and medical documentation protocols

Pay: $62.00 - $88.00 per hour
