Primary Responsibilities:

- Personal care and assisting with activities of daily living

- Companionship, meal preparation

- Light housekeeping

- Transportation

- changing linens

- Medication reminders

- Working with Alzheimer’s & Dementia clients

Qualifications: - Compassionate care services to patients in their home. - Valid driver’s license - CPR first aide cert, Level 2 Background Screening - CEU's for HIV/AIDS and Alzheimer's/Dementia - Able to use a smartphone to clock in and out
