Reporting directly to the General Counsel and Secretary (“GC”), the Segment General Counsel is a senior member of the Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability (“LCAS”) team and a legal business and strategic partner to the segment team. This position will serve as the chief segment counsel providing advice and guidance to management on the legal matters impacting the business. The successful candidate will be a “roll-up your sleeves” leader who is a team player, is comfortable driving change, values accountability, is adept at creating business-friendly and value-added legal solutions, and is looking to make a tremendous impact. They also have strong personal drive, energy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high expectations for responsiveness. This is an opportunity to join a new GC to shape the LCAS function for the future.
