Seller Acquistion & Account Executive (Marketplace)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 7 years of experience in marketplace account management, seller acquisition, e-commerce, retail, or category management
• Proven experience with marketplace business models (mandatory)
• Preferably hands-on experience in Computer, IT, Gaming, Mobile Phones, Accessories, Small Domestic Appliances, or Consumer Electronics categories
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, including SKU structuring, model/variant mapping, and pricing rules
• Advanced Excel skills with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to manage multiple seller accounts and resolve issues proactively
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Job Description

• Acquire and onboard new sellers across addressable marketplace categories
• Manage and grow the seller portfolio within assigned categories
• Support end-to-end seller onboarding and ensure accurate, compliant product listings
• Monitor and optimize seller performance, including pricing competitiveness, stock availability, and assortment quality
• Drive SKU growth, GMV increase, conversion performance, and seller activation rates
• Proactively resolve operational and performance-related seller issues
• Define, track, and report key seller and category KPIs
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable improvement recommendations
