YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Have an opportunity to challenge yourself in different verticals of Meal - Seller Success team,
  • Career opportunities in meal team depending on your personal improvement,
  • Continuously strive for operational excellence while building empathy with seller
  • Have a data sensitive approach, ensuring data integrity and compliance,
  • First point of contact for sellers in the region
  • Developing strategies to support the growth of sellers on the TYGO platform, managing the operations team, improving processes and planning technological developments
  • A true team player, closely collaborating with stakeholders
  • Become part of the core team comprised of highly motivated individuals with start-up mindset


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING


  • University degree preferably in Economics, Management, Engineering,
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in startups, strategy development, operations and related verticals,
  • Strong communication skills to manage internal and external ( 3rd parties, etc.) stakeholders,
  • Being proactive and having autonomous problem solving capabilities
  • Excel knowledge and data interpretation skills.
