Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities; business administration, economics, engineering faculties
  • At least 1 year of experience preferably in supply chain, operations
  • Good command of MS Office, (especially G-sheet and Excel knowledge)
  • Good command of English
  • Good team player with strong communication skills
  • Critical thinker, proactive, Data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Job Description


  • Communicate well with sellers and coordinate all operational processes
  • Coordinate with the sellers to assure orders arrive to customer within the deadline
  • Prepare operational quality metrics reports and arrange meeting with sellers
  • Follow up seller operation quality improvement points & leading projects
  • Coordinate operational processes for new countries
  • Resolving tickets received from sellers
  • Supporting realated teams to enable Otif requirements
