Long Description Job Summary
To manage onboarding sellers within their verticals and ensure a smooth transition from content management, SKU upload, platform support and operational setup (delivery) Job Responsibilities
1. Develop Category Strategy with senior buyer to achieve Sales/Profitability targets, and maximize market share of assigned category
2. Develop assortment frequently including Brands, Products & Agencies to ensure freshness and improve profitability.
3. Regular digital planogram updates with merchandising team to cover effective display principles and ensure sell out of phase out / display inventory
4. Implement promo strategy through direct team & support functions to ensure business objectives are met, review effectiveness of promotion activity and update team
5. Manage Order & Replenishment process through team ensuring an optimal inventory, availability and aged are in control (1P + 3P)
6. Develop strategy + support new Product Development process & Sourcing in line with senior buyer (only for 1P).
7. Review & analyze market trends, marketing review of core competition to ensure competitiveness in assortment and pricing through automated reports and share them with sellers.
8. Work with service & support teams constantly to improve business processes and increase customer satisfaction. Candidate Requirements
Competencies
Technical/Functional (Knowledge / Skills):- In-depth knowledge of and experience in managing Marketplace sellers (1P + 3P)
- Professional development in retail strategy / category management
- Excellent analytical skills and aptitude to draw out plans and assess accurately the market needs for the category
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent MS office skills + knowledge of MIRAKL platform preferred

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
Years & areas of Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience within retail with at least 4 years category management experience or seller management Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
