Digi Solutions is seeking an in-person SEM & Digital Advertising Specialist with strong design skills, AI tool proficiency, and creative problem-solving abilities to join our growing team in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This role focuses on managing paid search campaigns, producing ad creatives, communicating with clients, and supporting website and landing page builds that drive meaningful results.
The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, resourceful, and confident working in a collaborative office environment. You should be comfortable using AI tools to speed up workflow, generate ideas, and support creative production.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, in-office salaried position with an annual compensation range of $48,000–$72,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
SEM Campaign Management
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns across multiple clients.
- Conduct keyword research, build ad groups, write effective ad copy, and refine bidding strategies.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, remarketing lists, and performance measurement.
- Deliver consistent reporting with actionable insights and clear next steps.
Design & Creative Production
- Design ad creatives including Google Display ads, graphics, banners, and social campaign assets.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, design generators, automation tools) to enhance creative production and speed.
- Develop visually compelling layouts for landing pages and ad assets.
- Maintain cohesive brand identity across all client deliverables.
Client Communication
- Join client calls and meetings (virtual or in-person) to present performance, strategy, and recommendations.
- Explain results, trends, and improvements in a way business owners can easily understand.
- Maintain proactive communication and support positive long-term client relationships.
Websites & Landing Pages
- Assist in building or updating WordPress sites and landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Implement conversion-focused page structures with strong UX and responsive design.
- Collaborate with internal designers, writers, and leadership on creative direction.
AI Integration & Creative Problem-Solving
- Use AI to streamline tasks such as reporting, research, ad copywriting, A/B ideas, and creative brainstorming.
- Identify inefficiencies or growth opportunities in campaigns and propose innovative, data-backed solutions.
- Experiment with new AI tools, marketing automation, and creative workflows to improve performance.
Additional Duties
- Stay informed on SEM trends, Google updates, and emerging AI tools.
- Support SEO, analytics setup, or creative tasks as needed.
- Contribute ideas and strategic insights in team brainstorms.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience managing SEM campaigns (Google Ads/Bing Ads), ideally in an agency or freelance.
- Strong design/junior design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
- Experience using AI tools for creative, analytical, or workflow tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with clients.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Experience with WordPress or landing page builders (Elementor, Divi, HubSpot, Unbounce).
- Ability to work in-office, Monday–Friday, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Bonus: CRO experience, A/B testing, Looker Studio dashboards, or light video editing.
