SEM Executive

We are looking for a results-driven SEM & Performance Marketing Executive to own, optimise, and scale paid acquisition efforts across multiple digital platforms. This role is ideal for a performance marketer who is deeply analytical, hands-on with campaign execution, and comfortable managing the entire funnel—from awareness to conversion.

You will take end-to-end ownership of paid marketing campaigns, working closely with creative and analytics teams to drive measurable growth. The role offers exposure to high-growth brands, data-backed decision-making, and the opportunity to directly influence revenue outcomes through smart experimentation and optimisation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-platform performance marketing campaigns across paid channels
  • Own full-funnel performance strategy covering awareness, consideration, retargeting, and conversion
  • Manage campaign budgets, ROAS, CAC, and other core performance KPIs
  • Build and optimise retargeting funnels, custom audiences, and lookalike strategies
  • Run continuous A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement timely optimisation actions
  • Create weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights

Google Ads Management

  • Set up and optimise Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Improve Quality Scores, reduce CPA, and drive high-intent traffic

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Build and manage conversion-focused campaigns
  • Develop retargeting layers and scalable lookalike audiences
  • Optimise placements, creatives, and messaging for higher conversions

Campaign Tracking & Execution

  • Handle end-to-end campaign setup, tracking, optimisation, and reporting
  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking using GTM, pixels, and UTM parameters
  • Ensure campaign hygiene and adherence to platform policies
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver performance-led creatives

SEO Support

  • Conduct keyword research to support content and organic growth efforts
  • Provide on-page optimisation recommendations
  • Assist with link-building initiatives and organic performance tracking

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SEM and performance marketing
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and GTM
  • Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into optimisation actions
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation and basic landing page UX principles
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and organic performance tracking
  • Detail-oriented, performance-driven mindset with strong ownership

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Pinterest Ads
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
  • Exposure to CRM tools and marketing automation workflows
