Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven SEM Performance Executive to supercharge our paid search presence and drive e-commerce growth across our international markets. Based full-time in Dubai, you will work directly under our senior PPC leadership to execute, monitor, and optimize our Google Ads and Microsoft Ads strategies, directly contributing to our cross-continental revenue and ROAS targets.
What You'll Build:
You will assist in building and maintaining the high-velocity execution engine for our global paid search expansion. This includes:

Launching, structuring, and scaling multi-market Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across international territories, adapting structures for local search behavior and seasonal trends.

Executing advanced optimization frameworks, including rigorous ad copy testing, strategic bid adjustments, and performance-driven landing page testing to lift conversion rates.

Setting up data-driven growth loops by extracting raw performance data into Google Analytics 4 (GA4) dashboards to uncover actionable channel trends.

Building competitive research baselines using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs to identify gaps, negative keyword opportunities, and high-intent search terms.

Implementing smart automation rules and standard account scripts within Google Ads to improve day-to-day campaign management efficiency.
Your First 90 Days:
We believe in rapid technical development and clear performance expectations. Here's what your initial journey will look like:

First 30 Days: You'll deeply immerse yourself in our e-commerce business model, localized product lines, and global SEM account architectures. You will shadow the PPC leadership team during daily data reviews, learn our internal attribution framework, and take over routine bidding and search term audits for a key product category.

First 60 Days: You will take full operational ownership of paid search execution for an assigned international market, rolling out your first round of structured ad copy variations and landing page split tests.

First 90 Days: You will manage the end-to-end daily execution of at least one core international territory—handling budget allocation, performance pacing, and localized reporting. You will present a quarterly performance review and scaling roadmap directly to marketing leadership.
What We're Looking For:

Platform Experience: 0–2 years of hands-on experience actively managing and optimizing paid search campaigns within Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, moving past basic setup into bid strategies and audience segmentation.

Analytics Knowledge: Practical proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze user landing patterns, micro-conversions, and multi-channel attribution paths.

Keyword & Account Architecture: Proven ability to perform deep keyword research and build clean, scalable account structures (Search, Shopping, and asset groups) across high-volume product catalogs.

Data Synthesis & A/B Testing: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to look at performance numbers, form clear hypotheses, and run disciplined ad copy tests.
