SEM Specialist (PPC Focus)

Vera Developers Pvt Ltd, a dynamic real estate firm, seeks a talented SEM Specialist to enhance our digital marketing efforts through targeted paid search strategies.

Job Summary
The role focuses on managing PPC campaigns to drive leads for real estate projects, with expertise in daily budgeting, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and full campaign execution for optimal ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), including keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
• Monitor daily budgets, adjust bids in real-time, and forecast spend to maximize conversions while adhering to cost limits.
• Collaborate with sales and content teams to align ads with real estate promotions and landing pages.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on SEM/PPC experience, proven success in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
• Strong skills in daily budgeting, bid strategies (e.g., automated bidding), and tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication for cross-team collaboration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
