Hiring: Semantic SEO Manager

We are looking for an experienced Semantic SEO Manager (6+ years) to lead organic growth through advanced SEO strategies focused on topical authority, search intent, entity optimization, and content strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years SEO experience (3+ in Semantic SEO & Content Strategy)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, CS, IT, Business or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Semantic SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic
• Build topical maps, content clusters, entity frameworks, and internal linking structures
• Conduct keyword, SERP, and entity analysis for growth opportunities
• Create SEO briefs and optimization frameworks
• Monitor performance using GSC, GA4, and SEO tools
• Collaborate with content, product, and tech teams
• Track algorithm updates and AI search trends
• Mentor SEO/content teams on best practices

Core Skills

• Strong expertise in Semantic SEO, Topical Authority, Entity Optimization
• Tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog
• Technical SEO knowledge (Schema, Crawling, Indexing, Core Web Vitals)
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Bonus

• AI SEO / LLM optimization experience
• Python, SQL, SEO automation
• Knowledge of AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
