Semi Qualified Company Secretary

A Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS) will be responsible for handling end-to-end compliance and regulatory requirements including Startup India and MSME registrations, GST filings and compliance, Trademark registrations, and company incorporations. The role requires proficiency in the Companies Act, 2013, maintenance of statutory records, drafting and filing of ROC forms, board resolutions, and other corporate documentation. The candidate should also have working knowledge of SEBI listing regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks applicable to both listed and unlisted companies. Additionally, the employee will assist in preparing pitch decks for startups, advisory on compliance matters, and drafting legal/contractual documents. The ideal candidate should be a semi-qualified CS with 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong drafting, presentation, and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage compliance tasks and client interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
