This is a full-time on-site role for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary located in Kolkata. The role involves assisting the company secretary in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, managing correspondence and records for the company, preparing minutes of board meetings, and maintaining company registers. The candidate will also be responsible for liaising with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors, and handling corporate governance and legal matters. Additionally, the role includes tasks related to filing necessary documents with various regulatory authorities and ensuring all obligations are met promptly.

Hiring: Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS)

We are looking for a Semi-Qualified CS with 1–2 years of experience in a CS firm, who is well-versed in company law compliances and secretarial work.

Candidate must have experience in:

Preparation of documents for incorporation & ROC filings

Conducting Board & Extra-Ordinary General Meetings

Drafting Notices (including Shorter Notices) and Minutes

Filing of forms: INC-20A, MGT-7, MGT-14, DIR-12, AOC-4, DPT-3, etc.

Preparation of Annual Reports & Director’s Reports

Drafting Due Diligence & Secretarial Audit Reports

Appointment/Resignation of Directors

Handling Allotment, Transfer & Splitting of Shares

Shifting of Registered Office (within state & interstate)

Creation/Modification/Satisfaction of Charges under Companies Act, 2013

Voluntary Strike Off of Companies
