We are associated with renowned international Hotels such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Accor Group, Shangri-La, Luxury Cruises named Royal Caribbean, P&O, Hospitals, Banks, Office Building, Theatres and Clubs like Wimbledon. Palaces and luxury residences. Interestingly, these projects done by the collaboration with an International Architects and Interior Designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Governance: Assist in drafting and implementing corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Meeting & Documentation: Coordinate and facilitate board meetings and general meetings, and draft minutes, resolutions, and notices.
• Legal & Compliance :Help with the preparation and filing of annual reports, regulatory filings, and other legal documents.
• Stakeholder Communication: Assist in communicating with stakeholders, including shareholders and regulatory authorities.
• Record Management: Maintain and manage company records, agreements, and other legal documentation.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative and legal support to senior management as needed.

Key Requirements

• Education: Must have passed or be pursuing the Company Secretary (CS) / semi qualified course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Skills:Strong understanding of corporate laws, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high degree of attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential.
