We are hiring a Semi- Qualified Company Secretary for the role of Executive- Secretarial Compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Incorporation of Companies
  • Compliances under Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, Sebi, Stock Exchanges and allied laws and regulations
  • Preparation of Board/ Committee Meeting Agendas, Notices, Minutes
  • Conducting Board/ Committee & General Meetings
  • Should have experience of handling IPO related compliances.
  • Monitoring Compliances
  • Co-ordination with Board of Directors and Promoters.
  • Handling and assisting in various assignments
  • Liasoning with Auditors and intermediaries.

Must have completed CS Executive Level and Management Training/ Internship

A candidate with hands on knowledge on Companies Act and SEBI Regulations and should have good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
