Semi Qualified Company Secretary

JOB TITLE: SEMI QUALIFIED COMPANY SECRETARY

DEPARTMENT: SECRETARIAL & COMPLINACE

LOCATION: SEC 11, DWARKA

WORKING DAYS: MONDAY TO SATURDAY (2ND AND 4TH SATURDAY WILL BE OFF).

WORKING HOURS: 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Incorporation of companies, LLPs, and drafting of charters (MOA, AOA, LLP agreements).

2. Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, including maintenance of Statutory registers and filings with MCA (ROC).

3. Drafting board resolutions, notices, minutes, and handling Annual compliances

4. File ROC forms (MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-3 KYC, etc.) and ensure timely client compliance.

5. Advise clients on corporate governance, secretarial best practices, and board procedures.

6. Organize and facilitate Board/Committee meetings for clients where needed.

7. Coordinate with ROC, MCA, RD, and other regulators for client matters.

8. Handle client representation during inspections, inquiries, or notices.

9. Support the CA firm in legal documentation, client agreements, and internal compliance as required.

10. Prepare Project reports & can handle clients working.

Note: Only Delhi Location candidates can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
