Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior 3D Animator to lead the animation pipeline and mentor a growing team. You’ll conceptualize complex animation sequences and push creative boundaries in CGI storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead animation projects from concept to execution.
• Mentor junior animators and maintain animation quality across projects.
• Collaborate with creative direction to ensure storytelling impact.
• Develop and refine the animation pipeline for efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging tools, techniques, and AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional animation experience.
• Strong expertise in Blender animation and rigging.
• Excellent understanding of motion, timing, and storytelling.
• Leadership ability with a collaborative mindset.
• Portfolio demonstrating advanced animation work.
