Senior 3D Architecture Visualizer

We’re seeking a Senior 3D Architecture Visualizer to join our creative studio and help shape best-in-class visuals across multiple projects. You’ll translate design intent into photorealistic renders, animations, and walkthroughs, guide junior/freelance artists, and collaborate closely with architecture, interiors, and engineering to deliver persuasive, accurate, on-brand content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Solution Development: Convert concepts into detailed architectural visualizations aligned with design brief, codes, and project constraints.
• Interior Design Support: Produce interior layouts, mood boards, material/finish palettes, and FF&E visual narratives.
• Visualization Production: Create high-quality stills, animations, and real-time walkthroughs; optimize assets, lighting, and composition for realism and clarity.
• Engineering Coordination: Work with structural, MEP, and landscape teams to ensure visuals reflect buildable solutions and accurate detailing.
• Project Management: Own the visualization pipeline from concept to final delivery; maintain schedules, quality bars, and version control.
• Team Leadership: Oversee a network of freelance 3D artists; brief, review, and ensure consistent output.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure outputs reflect local regulations, brand guidelines, and best practices in safety and constructability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Should have 5+ years of professional experience in architectural visualization (developer, architecture, or construction environment preferred).
• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation and/or Graphic Design, or related field.
• Should have a strong portfolio showcasing high-end modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and post-production (include stills and walkthroughs).
• Proficiency in core 3D tools: Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp; renderers such as V-Ray / Corona / Lumion (or similar).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit for reading and integrating architectural drawings/BIM.
• Graphic tools: Adobe Photoshop (post-production, textures), Illustrator (presentations, vector assets); Canva for quick presentation builds.
• Bonus skills: D5 Render, Unreal Engine, or VFX pipelines.
• Excellent eye for composition, scale, color, and lighting; strong spatial sense and design aesthetics.
• Clear communicator; comfortable collaborating across disciplines and managing multiple deadlines.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new tools and workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
