3D Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling and Rendering:
• Create detailed and realistic 3D models, renderings, and animations for interior design projects.
• Develop high-quality visualizations for presentations and marketing purposes.
• Concept Development:
• Collaborate with interior designers and architects to understand design briefs and project requirements.
• Translate design concepts and sketches into 3D visuals.
• Technical Collaboration:
• Work closely with the technical and fit-out teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of designs for execution.
• Provide technical input on materials, lighting, and construction methods to achieve desired aesthetics.
• Client Interaction:
• Present 3D designs and visualizations to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.
• Adjust designs based on client input while maintaining project timelines.
• Software Utilization:
• Proficiently use 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Corona).
• Employ graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for post-production enhancements.
• Trend Awareness:
• Stay updated on design trends, new materials, and industry advancements to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
