Senior 3D Visualizer / BIM Specialist (Revit, 3ds Max)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional skilled in Revit, BIM, and 3ds Max, capable of producing accurate technical drawings and high-quality realistic renderings.

We value individuals who are curious, confident and meticulous, with a genuine interest in advancing design technology and visualization techniques. You’ll work closely with our design team to deliver precise documentation and compelling visual outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Revit/BIM models and technical drawings.
• Produce photorealistic renderings and visualizations using 3ds Max.
• Strong grasp of architectural detailing and technical documentation.
• Demonstrate excellent visualization, communication, and organizational skills.
• A curious and confident mindset, with eagerness to learn and grow.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in Revit, 3ds Max, and BIM processes.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and detailing standards.
• Proficiency in rendering software and engines.
• Excellent eye for design, lighting, and material realism.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
